Memoirs Of Friendship - Chapter 12

KNOWING Janice's parents are both professional and are employed in the government it is easy for them to secure a loan at the nearest bank in town. However they have a house of their own that they can sell and once it's sold then they can purchase a house right immediately.

The Wallberg's family asked the help and expertise of Mr. Hansend the realtor to make the process smoothly without any hindrance. In a matter of two months their house was sold for the price of $350,000. The house in Comoxial is only $250,000 which is a great deal!!! The family had extra $100,000 to cover the cost of new appliances and new furniture if they want but they decided its best to have them as savings and for Janice's college tuition fee once the scholarship grant expires.

Right away the Wallberg family gathered all their belongings, important documents and pertinent paraphernalia, and antique furniture. Some of the appliances stayed with the house that was sold recently.

The moving process is quick and fast that they almost forgot to invite the neighbors for last supper.

Although when they're heading for the road, the girls Jeaneth, Joan, and Jenny managed to come out from their house and said goodbye to Janice one last time. They were all sad and crying. Janice assured them she'll come back and visit them someday.

The three long hour driving is once again exhausting for Janice and her sibling. That they took a nap while her Mom keep on chatting with her Dad driving their van. Then the movers moved on as quickly as possible to their destination.

Years had passed. Janice was in her graduate studies. She had chosen B.S. Physics which the girls knew first hand she would take it anyway. While Joan had her major of study in B.S. Biology. Jeaneth in B.S. in Medicine with specialty in Dermatology. Jenny's major of study in Accounting. She is a working student. According to Joan Jenny would rather work for the IRS when the right time comes.
