The recruitment happened so fast and the eleven employees will start as soon as possible. The lucky eleven workers are: Jonathan. He's expert in the gourmet cuisine. He'll be in charged as the Head Chef. Jonathan would be the sous chef too. We have three line cook: Athena, Katy and Relly. Waitresses: Claire, Mara. Mateelda will supervise the waitresses and the cashier Imee. The dishwasher and bouncer: Justin and Trekky. The security guards are Robert and Romy. The bartender is named Harry. Later in the end it's not really eleven but twelve workers we need at the tavern. We have a bar so we need Harry as our bartender.
The tavern is fully stock with all the most important food, accessories and everything that you can order. All set up and ready to serve. We had a big message to our customers: ASK AND IT WILL BE SERVED. ASK TWICE AND IT WILL BE DONE.
Our tavern's premiere opening is on the 14th of February. I would like the 13th of February knowing 13 is such a lucky day for me. Not for everyone though. So we'll have it on the 14th.
Mateelda though the 14th is the right time to have its premier opening because it's Valentine's Day and people love to go out on that day to celebrate. How lovely!
I asked her what she needs to indulge with on that day? We have our menu selections in proper places.
The Grand opening with the cutting of red and pink ribbon. The Dining suite and bar decorated with hanging red and pink helium balloons. One fresh rose of white rose bud in a vase with red ribbon on each table. Cut out images of cupids and heart shape in color deep red hanging from the ceiling.
Our family will be present on that special day. Fresh fruits, variety of seafood , wine and coolers abound the main dining table. Then another table filled with sweet delicacies. Yes, the first day of operation is called a BRUNCH. Breakfast and Lunch servings. To our surprise there were more people coming in for supper and booked reservation up to 1 am.
The expectation above was fulfilled without hindrance.
It was a succesful grand opening. From its food preparation and good quality service and servings the very first initial venture is outstanding and has yield profit. The whole staff we're at the tavern until wee hours of the morning. Super excited thrilled, and although exasperated I told the whole cast and crew that they can all go home. As I gave them their first day good service tip. Congratulate them and thanked each one of them for the great job. Well done! Tomorrow is another day and many days to come to get us busy.
