More walking, browsing, shopping and following the designated Tour Guide. We all went inside the Barkerville Museum and viewed slides of pictures from long time ago scenario while the Tour Guide narrated the past events, the history of the Village. Astonishing stories of striking it rich. The Gold Rush is what its famous for. It is the Gold Rush that makes the Village known for many years. Barkerville is truly outstanding and up to now the best historic site and popular attraction in British Columbia.
It was such a long, long day for us that we went back to our vehicle after sunset. Relly suggested we'll have pizza instead delivered to our place. That's our supper. Considering we had a big lunch before so pizza is good enough.
All the men went to stay in the Winnebago One and all the women stayed at Winnebago Two except Amber and Jonathan who stayed at the van for the night.
Mateelda and I were having hot tea, the girls were watching a DVD when suddenly we heard a stange commotion outside.
"What is that?" The sound is so scary! We all rushed to the windows to find it out. Outside was dark and foggy we can't see anything.
Loud freaking noise can be heard and suddenly a mighty howling sound filled the air. Then loud screaming followed. I think I had goosebumps all over and the girls started screaming too. We're all frightened. We all hurriedly stayed in the corner of the Winnebago. We're all alert and prepared to whatever will happen in that moment.
Athena phoned Justin in the next Winnebago 2 to find out what's happening.
Justin: Hello.
Athena: Justin do you know what's goin' outside?
Justin: Oh, that howling sound?
Athena: Yeah. It was scary!
Justin: I think that's what you call bunch of wolves.
Athena: What?! Are there wolves in here? In this place?
Justin: Not that I know of. But who will howl like that? But wolves right?
Athena: Ah, whatever!
The guys were laughing in the background. One said something like it's just a boxing game between the wolves.
Athena off her cellphone and told us that there's nothing to worry about.
But then the howling sound is followed by loud barking of dogs. The sound becomes louder and louder almost made us deaf.
I advised the girls to cover their ears with their pillows and go to sleep. We have so much to fear about but we all sleep that night. At least we tried to.
The next morning which is our 3rd day on tour. We had pancake with butter and maple syrup and then cup of hot coffee. While the boys prepared sausage, hashbrowns, and sunshine eggs and cup of coffee. After breakfast we all get ready for another day of vacation-tour. Back on the road again.
